With Christmas almost upon us and I have to say this is one of my favourite times of the year to dress a venue. I have wrapped huge numbers of empty boxes for under Christmas trees, all to match the wedding colours and we absolutely love to make unique bespoke tree decorations and door wreaths. You can’t have a Winter seasonal event without cinnamon, pine cones and of course a few baubles.
The one thing that you will definitely need…..candles, lots and lots of candles in any vessel that works. Lanterns, candelabras, gold and brass candlesticks, vintage silver and crystal t light holders and what about nestling candles amongst a mossy woodland back drop. And then there are fairy lights, yes ….where we need to highlight a feature display or even just filling a gorgeous glass vase with baubles to dress and window sill.
Lights for your aisle whether you plan to be married in a church or beautiful venue make such a wonderful drama to your big entrance.
