The one thing I have always treasured is the time I have to play and explore my ideas. I feel it important to continually develop my own skills. There are always new ways to do things, new colour combinations and new trends to explore. I love to include other materials into my own work such as woven wires, natural twisted wood, feathers and even beautiful white porcelain for example.
I am also very fortunate to have a lovely friend who also happens to be the most talented photographer. Nikki, of Nikki Kirk Photography, and I have worked on many weddings over the years and have grown to know how we operate. Together we have incredible fun as we are on the same page when it comes to planning a shot. I love the excitement of when we get a sneaky peak in the camera view finder of an image that is just ‘Wow’ and we know it’s a winner!
We recently worked on an Autumn inspired shoot and these are a few ‘behind the scenes’.
The full shoot can be seen here- http://www.nikkikirkphotography.com/wedding/creative-autumn-wedding-ideas/
We are always thinking of what we should do next and I have just seen our Winter shoot and Oh My Goodness!!…..I will post this soon.
